What’s included
During Pregnancy
2 or 3 in person sessions (approx 90 minutes each)
Birth preferences, fears and desires.
Breath, movement, body awareness.
On going emotional support via text or email.
Informative resources and use of birth tools such as TENS machine, Birth sling,
During Birth
On call from 38 weeks until baby is born
In person continuous presence during labour and birth (home or hospital)
Physical comfort (touch, massage, breath, positions)
Energetic holding of the space and gentle advocacy as needed.
Post partum Integration
1 in home post- partum visit
Space to debrief, process and honor your experience.
