What is Tea with a Doula?
Pregnancy comes with endless information and sometimes even more questions.
Tea with a Doula is a free online gathering where you can join me over a cup of tea, ask questions, and receive practical, evidence-based guidance in a relaxed and welcoming space.
There is no presentation.
No pressure.
Just honest conversation and support.
Whether you’re 8 weeks pregnant or preparing to meet your baby, you’re welcome.
Is this for you?
This is perfect if you’re wondering…
• What does a doula actually do?
• How can I prepare for birth?
• How do I know when labour has started?
• When should I go to hospital?
• What are my birth care options?
• How can my partner best support me?
• What should I pack?
• What happens after baby arrives?
Or maybe you simply want somewhere to ask questions that don’t fit into your appointments.
What you’ll leave with
✔ More confidence
✔ Greater clarity
✔ Practical tools
✔ Trusted information
✔ A calm place to ask questions
✔ Connection with other pregnant women
About Me
Hi, I’m Justine.
I’m a birth and postpartum doula, former registered nurse and mother of three.
I support women and families to prepare for birth not only with knowledge, but by building confidence, trust in their bodies and practical skills that help them feel ready for whatever birth brings.
My approach combines evidence-based education with emotional support, creating space for you to ask anything, without judgement.
